The International Tuba Euphonium Association (ITEA) invites members to submit proposals to host 2026 Regional Tuba and Euphonium Conferences (RTEC) and the 2027 International Tuba and Euphonium Conference (ITEC). These events are pivotal opportunities to celebrate our global community, inspire artistic excellence, and foster collaboration among musicians, educators, and enthusiasts.
Hosting Opportunities:
- Regional Tuba and Euphonium Conference (RTEC)
Regions:
NW, NE, SE, SW, MW, Great Plains, and South Central
Regions outside the U.S. may apply for a regional in their country
Proposal Deadline: May 14, 2025
- International Tuba and Euphonium Conference (ITEC)
The premier global gathering for tuba and euphonium artists, educators, and industry leaders, featuring world-class performances, masterclasses, and research presentations.
Proposal Deadline: June 1, 2025
Host institutions/organizations will be announced at ITEC 2025 in Spain.

ITEA shall foster bonds among all tuba and euphonium players, create enthusiasm for the instruments and its performers, celebrate diversity, support professional development, promote the sharing of resources, and encourage teaching and learning about the instruments.
