I am a former Army Bands musician, public school band director, and collegiate music professor. I am available to teach any instrument in a band program to beginning students, I can teach all of the brass instruments through high school, and the tuba and euphonium in the collegiate level.

Qualifications:
PMEA District 5 Junior High Honor Concert Band guest conductor. OMEA District 3 Junior High Honor Jazz Band guest conductor. IHSMA Music Judge in the Iowa State Marching Band Contests.
Teaching Experience:
Taught for 5 years in public school, 5-12 band on all instruments. Taught for 3 years in college as a low brass professor in one institution, and director of bands at another. Have worked with school districts in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri as a private instructor on all brass instruments. Former TA for the University of Illinois and Indiana University tuba and euphonium studios.
Playing experience:
Former member of the 399th US Army Band at Fort Leonard Wood. Former principal tubist for the Urbana Pops Orchestra. Substitute tubist for numerous symphonies in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois.
