ITEA Roger Bobo Awards For Excellence In Recording 2023
The Roger Bobo Awards were established by ITEA to foster, encourage, and recognize excellence in the field of recording. This award recognizes artists who have produced recordings of the highest distinction, and are given to those whose work illustrates an exceptional level of artistry, regardless of popularity or other factors.
This Award will have two categories:
• Classical
• Commercial
On the application form, the submitter will be asked to choose a single category that they feel is the best fit for their submission. Only one category can be chosen for each submission.

Eligibility
- Recordings must be released within the indicated project dates.
- Both the nominator and the nominee must be a current ITEA member
- ITEA Board and Staff are not eligible to apply for or receive this award.
- Finalists in each category will be notified in the spring of an International Tuba-Euphonium Conference (ITEC) year.
Winners will be announced during ITEC. - A list of materials received will be posted on the ITEA website. Please check the website to verify that your submitted materials have been received.
